Our Group Exercise instructors will ensure you stay motivated and get the most out of your class by pushing you hard but making it fun and enjoyable along the way. We have an extensive range of classes offering different ways of training. To make it easier for you we have grouped the classes and colour coded the timetable.

Strength
Improve your sporting performance and fitness by training specific muscle groups. Strength training can help to increase endurance, strengthen joints and help to increase fat burn. All leading to a healthier body and lifestyle.

Cardio
These classes will work all your large muscle groups and help to make your heart and lungs much stronger. Great for calorie burn or improving your sporting stamina.

Dance
Fun and friendly classes influenced by different dance styles. These classes will give you an all over body workout, helping you to burn calories and increase your fitness levels all whilst having a giggle.

Mind and Body
Many of these classes offer an alternative way of exercising helping to improve your stability, core and flexibility. They can also enhance posture and relieve stress and tension.
